Yu Televentures has launched a new smartphone named Yu Yureka 2 in India. It is the sixth smartphone under the Yureka series and is the second this year after the launch of the Yureka Black in June. The new smartphone comes with mid-range specifications which make it one of the best at this price point but with one issue. It is running Android Marshmallow out of the box which is something you will need to keep in mind before buying this phone.
The Yu Yureka 2 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D curved glass. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera. On the storage front, it offers 64GB storage with support for microSD card expansion.
The whole package is powered by a 3930mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support. The Yureka 2 has been priced at Rs. 11,999 which makes it one of the direct competitors of the highly successful Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. It will be sold exclusively via Flipkart starting September 20th but you will get it only in Gold color option.
