Samsung has sent the media invites for an event scheduled to be held on November 3 in Delhi. Although, there is no confirmation about what the company would be announcing there, but there is a very high probability that it may launch the Galaxy On7 and On5 smartphones.
The company has already launched the two smartphones in China last week. One of the main reasons to expect the launch of these devices is their accidental listing on the website of Samsung India. Additionally, the Galaxy On5 was also listed on the Indian eCommerce leader Flipkart for a short period of time.
As for the specifications, both the Galaxy On7 and the Galaxy On5 have the same specs to offer except for a few things. The difference between both of them is in the display, rear camera, and the battery. The Galaxy On7 features a 5.5-inch display, a 13MP rear camera, and a 3000mAh battery while the Galaxy On5 sports a 5-inch display, an 8MP rear camera, and a 2600mAh battery.
Taking about the common specs, both the smartphone are powered by a quad-core Exynos 3475 chipset coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. They offer 8GB of internal storage with support for microSD card expansion up to 128GB. Both the phones have a 5MP front camera. There is no official confirmation over the pricing of the smartphones in India, but the Galaxy On7 is expected to be priced around Rs.15,000 while the Galaxy On5 is expected to be around Rs. 10,000.
