The Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has finally launched the OnePlus 2 16GB variant in India. It is another variant of the OnePlus 2 (64GB) smartphone which was launched last year. Like it, the OnePlus 2 16GB is available through Amazon India and is priced at Rs. 22,999. It can be purchased invite-free. Other than less storage space, it has less RAM which is 3GB as compared to 4GB in the 64GB version.

The rest of the specifications are exactly same in both the variants. To give you a quick overview, the OnePlus 2 16GB sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display. Under the hood, the phone has a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset. There is a 13MP rear shooter with dual-LED flash, laser autofocus, optical image stabilization, and f/2.0 aperture. On the front, it has a 5MP camera for taking selfies. The whole package is powered by a 3300mAh battery and it ships with OxygenOS based on Android Lollipop v5.1.1. It will also be updated to Android Marshmallow in the future.

In other features, the OnePlus 2 16GB has a fingerprint scanner integrated into the home button. It features a USB Type-C connector and is a dual-SIM phone with both the SIM slots with 4G LTE support. There is also a dedicated physical button on the left side for switching between alerts: All alerts, Priority alerts, and no alerts.
