For the past few weeks, Micromax has been trying to revive its brand in the Indian market. It includes releasing new products to attract new and existing fans of the brand. In the same direction, it has now announced two new premium TVs in the country which also happen to be its first-ever Google-certified Android TVs in India.

The two new Google-certified Android TVs have been released in 49-inch and 55-inch display sizes. Both feature a 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) display panel with support for High Dynamic Range (HDR) which is essentially HDR10 technology. Under the hood, it has a quad-core A53 processor coupled with 2.5GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage for apps and games installation.

It comes with dual 12W speakers with support for Dolby and DTS-HD audio certified Pure Sound Technology. Since it is a Google-certified Android TV, it comes with the official Play Store with access to apps like YouTube, Netflix, Hotstar, and Amazon Prime Video. It further has Google Assistant for voice commands support which can also be used for controlling smart home devices. There is native Chromecast to help you cast content from your smartphone to the display of the TV.

Micromax has priced the 49-inch and 55-inch Android TV at Rs. 51,990 and Rs. 61,990 respectively.
