As expected in previous leaks, LG has finally unveiled the first Android Wear 2.0 running smartwatches named LG Watch Style and LG Watch Sport. Both of these watches have been designed in collaboration with Google and are aimed at casual and fitness enthusiast users respectively.
The LG Watch Style has more of a traditional but stylish look to match with everyday usage and daily lifestyle. On the other hand, the LG Watch Sport features a sporty design and look to go with the spirit of fitness and sports fanatics.
LG Watch Sport Specifications:
It features a 1.38-inch P-OLED display with 480 x 480 resolution. Under the hood, it has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor clocked at 1.2GHz and coupled with 768MB RAM. It offers 4GB of internal storage and is powered by a 430mAh battery. The watch also features IP68 certification and 4G LTE connectivity.
LG Watch Style Specifications:
On the other hand, the LG Watch Style sports a 1.2-inch P-OLED display with 360 x 360 resolution. It has the same Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The whole package is powered by a 240mAh battery and features IP67 certification. It also has support for 4G LTE connectivity.
Both LG Watch Style and Sport will become available in the United States starting February 10th. They will also come to Canada, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, the UAE and, the UK in next few weeks.
