HTC India has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones, the HTC U Ultra and HTC U Play, in the country. Both of these phones were originally unveiled last month and will become available for purchase in India starting mid-March. HTC has priced the U Ultra at Rs. 59,990 (MOP) and U Play at Rs. 39,990 (MOP) respectively.

The most interesting and unique thing about these newly launched HTC U smartphones is the presence of the Sense Companion AI. It is a digital AI like Cortana, Siri, and Google Assistant but with slightly different approach. It will learn from user’s usage pattern to offer better and precise recommendations.

Other features include HTC USonic earphones which make use of “sonar-like pulse” and adapt to user’s ears for an optimal audio experience. HTC has also changed the approach to the design language comprising of glass unibody design named as “Liquid Surface.”
